Yellow Brick Road Eden Prairie: Pre2 & PreK Classic - 11 Week Summer 2025 Season

Cancellation/Missed Class Policy:

• If, for any reason, the Soccer Shots season is canceled entirely prior to the start of the season we will offer a full refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account.
  
  
• If, for any reason, classes are canceled once the season has begun we will offer a prorated refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account, for any classes canceled
  
  
• If a Soccer Shots session is canceled due to weather conditions, we will offer a credit to apply towards a future Soccer Shots season. Soccer Shots is not required to offer any makeups for canceled sessions, but our team will work diligently towards providing make-ups when possible.

• Make-ups, refunds and credits are NOT available for missed classes due to individual reasons (vacation, illness, etc.)

Jersey Information – Will My Child Get a Soccer Shots Jersey?

• Youth jerseys are distributed once per year and are sent at the same time you pay your enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year. The enrollment fee is charged once every 366 days.
• If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this session.
  
  
• If you are enrolling through a Community Education program or through Parks & Recreation Program, a jersey will be included in the registration fee. Contact our team with questions.
  
  
• If you need a new jersey, please check out the merchandise store at store.soccershots.com

Weather:

• We generally try to make a decision at least one hour prior to the start of the session, but that can depend on the weather situation in the given area.
  • If we look at the radar and are unsure of the weather at your location, we will send the coach out to survey the field and let us know if we can play. In this instance, we will email and/or text you 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
    
    
• Soccer Shots sessions still run in light rain, but we will cancel for storms, heavy rain, heat and poor air quality
  • Heat index above 100
  • AQI above 165
    
    
• Please be sure to monitor your email, text messages and our website for any weather cancellations
  
  
• If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will send you an email notification and/or text message, notifying you of the cancellation.
